NORTHBROOK, ILLINOIS, February 5, 2015 - CJBS, LLC, a leading accounting and financial consulting firm in Northbrook, Illinois, announces the completion of its acquisition of the accounting and tax services business of Acciari, Levy & Rabyne, LLC, of Skokie, Illinois. The combined firm will operate as CJBS, LLC. The joining of the two firms took place on February 1, 2015. The combined firm is conducting its practice as CJBS from the company's offices at 2100 Sanders Rd., Suite 200 in Northbrook, Illinois.
The company also announces that, as of the beginning of the year, Jeffrey L. Krupp, formerly a partner of Leo J. Krupp & Company in Park Ridge, Illinois, has joined CJBS.
Jeffrey Krupp began his career with Leo J. Krupp & Company in 1979. He received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from DePaul University in 1981, and his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Northern Illinois University in 1979.

CJBS is pleased to announce its forthcoming merger with the accounting and tax services business of Kenneth S. Finkle. The merger is scheduled to take place officially on January 1, 2014. The combined firm will operate as CJBS, LLC.

Lorena C. Johnson, CPA, MAFF, director of the forensic and audit and attestation group at CJBS, LLC, a Northbrook, IL accounting and consulting firm, has been named as a member of the firm, effective January 1, 2014.
Ms. Johnson, who joined CJBS in 2009, has provided accounting, tax and financial management services to closely held businesses for more than 20 years. Her areas of expertise include strategic business consulting; financial statement audits; reviews and compilations; operational reviews; forensic examinations and tax planning. In addition to being a certified public accountant, Ms. Johnson has also earned the certification as a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF) from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and is an important member of the CJBS Financial Group's litigation, asset protection, and tax practices team.
Ms. Johnson is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois. She earned her bachelor's degree from DeVry University and her Masters degree from Keller Graduate School of Management. She is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts; and currently serves on the Audit & Assurance Services Committee for the Illinois CPA Society.
