Jake Silbar joined CJBS in 2026, bringing extensive experience in retail operations and compliance from his prior role as a general manager in the cannabis industry. Highly skilled in regulatory practices and client-facing roles, Jake is known for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to going above and beyond for every client. His professional approach and reliability make him a trusted resource for both colleagues and clients.

Jake earned his Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, with a minor in Business Administration, from Colorado State University. Originally from Highland Park, he recently relocated to the city and enjoys exploring new opportunities and experiences.

Outside of work, Jake is passionate about ceramics and is currently taking magic classes. He is also actively involved in volunteer work, supporting organizations like Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and the American Cancer Society.
