Kiara Castro

Kiara Castro joined CJBS in 2025, bringing valuable tax compliance experience from her previous role at RSM, where she specialized in serving hedge fund and capital markets clients. Prior to RSM, Kiara developed a broad foundation in accounting and finance through a variety of internships and clerk roles across several Chicago-based firms. At CJBS, she focuses on partnership and individual tax returns, continuing to build her expertise in tax compliance.

A first-generation Chicagoan with parents from Mexico, Kiara grew up in Humboldt Park, where her family still resides. She is the younger sister to one brother and developed a lifelong love for soccer playing with her family—a passion she continues today by participating in leagues across Chicago. Outside the office, Kiara enjoys gardening, running, going to the gym, watching scary movies, and being a devoted dog mom to her pup, Wallace.
