Sybella Namigadde

Sybella Namigadde joined CJBS in February 2026, bringing substantial experience in accounting operations and the media industry. Prior to joining the firm, Sybella worked for five years as a staff accountant at Avoq and gained valuable experience as an accounting assistant at Nation Media Group—the largest media group in East and Central Africa. Her expertise spans accounting operations, media industry accounting, and bookkeeping for medium- and large-sized businesses, with a particular strength in navigating mergers and financial transitions.

Sybella earned her bachelor’s degree in international business from Makerere University Business School in 2016 and pursued CPA certification through Level 3 before relocating to the United States.

Known for her friendly and reliable customer service, Sybella enjoys listening to audiobooks, music, and traveling in her free time. She was born and raised in Kampala, Uganda, and is one of six sisters. Sybella is also dedicated to giving back to her community and currently volunteers at Willow Creek Community Church as a small group leader, working with both high school students and kindergarten children.
