Tax season is here. You should have received an email inviting you to upload your documents via the Client Collaboration Hub (CC HUB). If you use paper organizers, yours should have arrived by mail. Key deadlines: S-Corporations & Partnerships — March 16; Individuals — April 15. Sending your items early helps us file accurately and on time.

For Business Owners:

• Your 2025 books should now be closed so we can prepare your 2025 return.
• Please send finalized financials and supporting documents early to avoid delays.

For Individuals:

• You should be receiving tax docs now (W-2s, 1099s, health insurance forms, investment statements, etc.).
• Missing one or two items? Tell us—we can start your return while we wait for the rest.
• If you have an IRS Identity Protection PIN, include it with your paperwork.
• Submit documents securely via CC HUB, Client Portal, or mail.

Data Security Reminder

• Enable multifactor authentication on email and financial accounts.
• We only send/receive files through secure methods: CC HUB, Client Portal, and ShareSafe.
• Beware of scams: The IRS will not email or call to request sensitive info; official notices arrive by mail.
• Unsure if something’s legit? Contact us directly—we’ll verify.
