Dear Clients and Friends,

On Friday afternoon Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker placed a “shelter at home” for all state residents, except to obtain essential items, until April 7th. Several other states have issued similar orders. To help ensure the health and safety of our clients and team members, we have closed our office to allow us to shelter and remain safe at home. During this time we will all be working from home so tax filing season moves forward.

We are supported by robust and secure technology. The options to forward us information are the following:

  • Share safe (Send me a File Securely).
  • USPS – We will be picking up the mail daily from the post office.
  • UPS – They are holding at the UPS facility and we will pick up from that location.
  • FedEx – Not a viable service because they will not hold at a location and the building is locked so they can’t deliver. It will be returned to sender after a couple of attempts.

If you choose USPS, please use a method that can be tracked since we are dealing with sensitive information.

Currently, we plan to re-open our offices on April 8th or when the all-clear is issued. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. More importantly, we wish you and your family good health and safety during this time.
