Welcome to 2026! We’re thrilled to kick off the year from our new home at 10 Parkway North, Suite 200, Deerfield, IL 60015.

Tax season is underway—you’ll soon receive your Client Collaboration HUB invite for TY 2025 along with your organizer (via Portal or mailed paper, based on your preference). Don’t forget, if you use Client Collaboration HUB, once all your documents are uploaded, you must click “Send to my Accountant.”

We’re also excited to share recent promotions across the firm, including new Partners Ashley Lindstrom, CPA; Darren Jossel, CPA; and Jerod Violett, CPA, plus staff promotions for Constantine Kuznichenko (Manager) and Lizeth Montelongo (Senior Associate).

For Business Owners: Get 1099s Ready

Forms: 1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, 1099-INT

Deadline: Monday, 2/2/26 (since 1/31 falls on a Saturday)

What we need from you: W-9/TIN, legal name, address, total payments, and payment type.

How we can help: We can prepare and e-file/mail your 1099s—please send complete info early so we can meet the deadline.

For Individuals: Start Gathering Documents
Look for W-2s; 1099s (INT, DIV, B, NEC/MISC); 1098 (mortgage interest); 1095-A/C (health coverage); charitable receipts; property tax; and 1098-T/E (education).

If you have an IRS Identity Protection PIN, you should have received a letter in late December—we must have your IP PIN to file.

How to submit: Upload via Client Collaboration HUB, Portal, or send paper copies if you prefer.
