For nearly a century, Viti Companies, a family-owned and now fourth-generation-run insurance brokerage, has served individuals and businesses with comprehensive insurance services—from business insurance and start-up support to home, auto, life, and long-term disability. “We were working with these large accounting firms that were just paper pushers,” says Anna Maria Viti-Welch, President of Viti Companies. “They didn’t answer questions. They’d lose our documents, and we’d have to resend them over and over. It was like we were doing all the work, and they were just checking boxes.”
