2022 Promotions at CJBS
At CJBS, we believe in developing our employees to become leaders of the future, and it’s no secret that our success depends on our team members. This year, we are extremely proud to announce the promotion of five of our associate members to more senior positions within the organization. Each team member embodies our core principles of collaboration, creativity and trust and has worked tirelessly to reach their goals and earn the respect of their managers in the process.
We reached out to their colleagues and managers, and here’s what they had to say:
Berenisse Espinoza has been promoted to a senior associate, having joined CJBS as a tax intern two years ago. Berenisse is an excellent example of how success comes from hard work and perseverance. We are constantly impressed by her dedication to her clients and high quality of her work and efforts. She is a people person who truly enjoys being around others and engaging in conversations to support our team and organization.
Lilly Qiao, promoted to manager, started as an associate at the firm several years ago and has always spent extra time learning and growing and is praised for her tireless work ethic. She is incredibly thorough and takes responsibility by asking the right questions to make the best holistic decision. She displays genuine dedication and commitment to everything she does, and her colleagues are incredibly impressed at how Lilly balances a demanding CPA career while raising a family.
Reme So, promoted to audit supervisor, is a consummate professional who takes great pride in doing great work for all her clients. She embodies the firm’s core principles every day when she shows up for work and sets a great example for our younger staff. Reme is a wonderful asset to the firm and has greatly improved the productivity of her team.
Ryan Cramer, promoted to audit supervisor, has been a solid team member of CJBS. He has always shown himself to be highly responsible and responsive to client needs and opportunities to provide value and lead by example. In addition, his empathy for co-workers and clients alike is what sets him apart.
Our newly promoted team members joined Merveille Tiani, who was promoted to senior associate at the start of 2022. Merveille is a hardworking and dedicated team member who is highly approachable and is always willing to go the extra mile. He plays an instrumental role in a variety of different projects. Merveille has an inquisitive nature and takes the time to ask questions to ensure he understands the big picture and can effectively find solutions.
